记日记应该有自己独特的使命————了解自己，摆脱固有印象和信念。趁早发现自己的优缺点，才能更加精进，更上一层楼。
通过日记本的问题模板去规划每天的日记记录方向，才知道该写什么，才更容易养成记录日记的习惯。这方面《晨间日记的奇迹》一书里面已经有详细的描述，我们也只是学之有道。
